AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom It can take 2-3 days.. On the rashes u can apply coconut oil or himalya calamine lotion. This will help to get relief from rashes. Keep the skin clean and dry. Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy#Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
