U Continue with breastfeeding for at least one year if you have a good amount of lactation after one year you can quit breastfeeding at any point of time that you want to but it’s mostly recommended that for initial six months it should be exclusive breastfeeding and after six months also you should breastfeed but if you require you can also introduce formula to the child
