A. Hai good morning ।। Protein rich,calorie rich foods helps in increasing weight. Give 3 meals and 2 snacks ,use ghee,butter in baby foods. Banana,mango,potato,beans,peas,rajma,cerelac,dals( urad dal,chana dal,tuvar ,moongdal)idly,urad dal ladoo,chana ladoo/barfi ,sattu ,ghee,cheese,butter,curd,paneer,egg,dry fruits and nuts powder in cerelac,idly,kheer,porridge.. ,dal rice,kichdi,curd rice,stuffed roti/parata helps in increasing weight.
