A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

A. You can do Keagle exercises that is very beneficial that’s very helpful I do not know what delivery you have had but mostly with normality suggested and which is action it is genuinely good but doctors do not advise along with that you should go ahead with keeping it paid or hot water bottle if you need an ask your doctor if you can do basic back related exercises
