#asktheexpert how frequent to breast feed 4 months baby, during night if he is sleeping should we wake him and feed ?

A. At four months of age, the feeding should be as per child demand. Sometimes they demand feed after 3 to 4 hours. Midnight at least 1 feed is required. Also keep a watch on his urine output.

A. Hello my dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. If your baby is feeding well, the rest of the time there is no need to wake up in between. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
