A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also have regular exercise

A. hi stay active go for daily walk drink warm milk daily before sleep time do some exercises only if your gynecologist permit for this for example kegal exercise, breathing exercises etc but do consult your gynecologist prior to this
