#asktheexpert How do I make my 4year old sleep during afternoon. She is so rigid that even after getting tired and sleepy she doesn't want to go to bed

A. just keep the baby rouitnr .No need to worry for as it looks like physiological . It Will be normal in some days . Other wise a doctor can be consulted later on for same if remains trouble some or it feels like some problem .

A. hi dear mom..it's okay....better make her sleep early at night....kids are so active they don't wanna sit at one place...so no need to force get to take nap at afternoon happy parenting
