#AskTheExpert how do I know that my milk is not sufficient for baby

A. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. also f you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry.

A. good evening I would recommend that you should check the urine output of the baby if it is sufficient in a period of 24 hours then it means that the milk supply is sufficient for the child you don't have to worry
