A. In 1 year as solid foods intake increases, you can give approximately 550-650 ml of milk to the baby in different forms like dalia, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, custard, curd, buttermilk, paneer or plain milk. Sufficient amount of milk intake is important due to the presence of calcium which helps in building strong bones and teeth.
