ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. if baby passing pee poop regularly then there's nothing to worry about. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production and mother should eat healthy and stay hydrated
