during the teething phase kids show various signs like soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums, low grade rise in body temperature..keep checking for these signs

Baby keep everything in mouth
White dots appear in gums
Maintain hydration
Give adequate feed
Rub your baby’s gums regularly to ooze pain of teething gums Use a clean finger to rub your baby’s gums Keep it cool by giving some finger food or teether after keeping in refrigerator Offer a teething ring or pacifier or silicone teether so baby can chew it to avoid irritation of gums Try hard foods Dry the drool with soft cloth
Give calcium supplements vitamins supplements
