#asktheexpert how can we make a child to eat all healthy food??

A. It is difficult to make toddlers eat healthy all the time as they take take time to develop taste for food. To give maximum nutritional value, try mixing variety of foods and then feed like mixed vegetable soup with paneer, oats with nuts and fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables soup, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc. Serve in an attractive bowl, plate or a cup with straw in different colors and shapes to create interest in eating. Do not force feed and make eating a fun time.
