A. giving your child balanced diet is the key to nutrition and for this I would suggest you to please include seasonal fruits and vegetables along with serials in pulses in the diet of a little one on daily basis curd is an essential part of the diet so please go ahead and include that as well citrus fruits if a variable should be given to the child to build the immunity stronger I would suggest you to follow these simple steps and your child will be healthy from within
