A. start doing exercises for losing weight v j Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
