A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to lose tummy naturally. Do cardio exercise for reducing tummy fat. Choose healthy proteins. Cut down refined carbs, refined sugar, junk foods etc. Thank you and have a nice day.
