1. High-Calorie, Nutrient-Rich Foods Dairy: Whole milk, cheese, paneer, curd, homemade milkshakes, and smoothies. Healthy Fats: Ghee, butter, peanut butter, almond butter, coconut, and olive oil. Protein-Rich Foods: Eggs, chicken, fish, lentils (dal), soya, and sprouts. Nuts & Seeds: Almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanuts, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds. Fruits & Vegetables: Bananas, mangoes, avocados, sweet potatoes, carrots, and spinach. Carbohydrates: Whole wheat roti, paratha (with ghee), rice, ragi, oats, and makhana. 2. Frequent Small Meals
