Hello mom as by now the child should be used to regular foods made at home for the family no much restrictions as such for them now , you can give whole eggs, if preferred, lentils and legumes- dals , chana , rajma etc , cows milk , panner , ghee, butter , curds home made , dry fruits and nuts , soya , sago , cereals , millets , etc

Dear mum, to gain your daughter’s weight, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
