Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. till six months baby should be exclusively on breast feed.. mother milk helps weight gain.. maintain gap between feeds.. you can start with vitamin supplements as zincovit drops or A to Z consulting your pediatric.. at 4-6months baby should be double the birth weight..
