A. Fetal weight was calculated using Insler and Bernsteinʼs formula: fetal weight (g) = SFH (cm) × AC (cm) 10. Fetal weight was also determined with Johnsonʼs method 11: fetal weight (g) = (fundal height [cm] – n) × 155.
