8 AM-breakfast and glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry powder and honey or vegetable soup
1 p.m-rice and Sambar, vegetable fry, curd rice
4 PM-milkshake, fruit juice
7 PM-dinner. Before putting baby to sleep give a glass of lukewarm milk. All these things you need to give it in smaller quantity and gradually increase the quantity as per the babies intake.Start giving food to baby to eat by herself which is a good practice. She will enjoy the food and she will also start learning to eat food by herself. Give lukewarm water after feeding anything.
