#AskTheExpert hlo sir this is ramya. My baby name is Hanvika age 15months. Sometimes she refused to eat rice so I started giving like taking hand pouch of rice n little amount of dal adding some almonds in it. Then I used to wash it and dried in sunlight thereafter I dry roast them powder it called UGGU. Then I add some water in it and boli for 10mins. Then I feed her. is it good to feed her

Children are fussy eater at this age
No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate water
Maintain hygiene
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
