Q.

my twin babies are refused to eat rice and his age as 8months till now he is not eating.What is the solution?

A. that's fine offer rice on moderation. You can give, rice kherr, rice-Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana
