#AskTheExpert hlo ma'am meri 8months ki beti hai c- section delivery hai. ab mujhe pure body me ache rehta h.. muscles pain rehta cramps padte h frequently. please suggest me ma'am what to do or some medicine thanks in advance

A. its dur to un rest ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyTry to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .
