A. hi ji ,do chize dena ati aavshyak he ek to iron rich food aur dusra cirtrus yani khate fal jo iron ka absorbption krne me help krte he. to bachche ko gud , taje falo me khajoor , papita ,seb ,anar ,strawberry aadi jayada de bachche ko beetroot ka juice ya soup bna de.
