#asktheexpert hlo doctor My daughter is now 3 month old I am having low milk supply for past few days what should I improve my milk supply (or) wheather I can give formula milk .which formula milk brand can I give to my daughter? now she is 5.95

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and soaked meethi seeds early in the morning to produce more milk and also if milk is less then yea give baby formula milk.
