Q.
#AskTheExpert Hiii my 1 St delivery is normal.but after 8 days of delivery I had suffered from Public symphysis diastasis.Now I am 9 month pregnant.can I deliver normal,is any chance of complications like in 1 St pregnancy???

take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . . .

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
