Write Your Answer HereDear mother rely more on natural ingredients start adding jira in your daily diet make a mix of jaggery and jira sautéed in ghee and have it regularly with hot glass of milk also stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals this will help you in providing a good amount of milk and you won’t have to rely on artificial supplements
