#asktheexpert hiii I want to ask about my 5 yr old boy...he is not gaining weight from last 1 yr but height is increasing normally..he eats alottt n diet is also gud but looks very thin..plzzz suggest what can I do ??

try to include good protiens in his diet
like dalsz eggs ,chicken paneer soya tofu curds
give mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee
milkshakes
lassi
carrot paneer or cheese parathas

hamsaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. hi, in growing age all these are common issues... give him nutritional foods, reduce biscuits..if u have nt given medicine for worms from past 6 months pls do give a dose of it..
