#AskTheExpert Hii sir I am Sowmya ,I gave birth for twins a boy and a girl they was born on Dec 25th 2020 they r 6 months now what can I feed them now I am feeding small amount of cerelac and banana what r the foods I can feed can I give some water for them plz suggest

A. advisable to continue milk till 6 months of age and go for complementary feeding only after completion of six months of it because before that it can lead to digestion problem in the child and also the calorie in the serials would be less compared to the the milk

A. you can start with semi solid diet that is you can start with cerelac rice for 2 weeks and then shipped to cerelac wheat pureed mashed bananas can also be given homemade atta Sheera suji Sheera can be given to the child along with breastfeed or formula feed thrice a day
