#asktheexpert hii.. raha is 4 month and 20 days old now.. i feel my breastfeeding is not satisfying her. she's been very cranky all time.. she's refusing formula milk every time . this is very depressing. can u plz sujest me any lactation suppliment. so i can satisfy my daughter.

A. Hello mom keep a track on her weight gain if it is progressing that is one of the ways to know that your feed is satisfying . other is massage your breast well after every feed. have healthy and nutrtious foods before baby feed time as that would ensure good quality feed. check for colic pain that is quite common among babies , as when they are unable to pass gas as such it causes pain & discomfort
