A. Hello Mom, Keep maintain your diet. Do some exercise daily atleast one hour. Drink Sufficient water daily it helps to reduce your weight. Take more fruits and vegetables avoid junk foods and carbs. Keep yourself healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
