#asktheexpert hii My son is 15 months old he is more in weight than his age...he shows interset in eating all kind of things....should i get worried about his weight?? He is now 15.5 kg and all other developments are on point

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, can you brief his eating habits and what kind of foods do you offer regularly and how much milk per day? Yes he is on the higher side for his age. Offer more veggies, leafy greens and fruits and provide enough water. Most importantly encourage physical activity. Use salt and sugar sparingly. Reduce the milk intake. Avoid biscuits and other packaged foods
