ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, there is no need to give gripe water to your baby, ever. It is unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. Avoid it completely.
