#AskTheExpert hii m mother of 3 months old baby Sonia it sàfe to do abdominal stretching for constipation cz from last month m getting constipation I tried duphalac-, softivac, isbhagol everything but nothing worked

A. What exactly do you mean by abdominal stretching? If you had a cesarean surgery then avoid doing whatever it is and if the constipation is not getting relieved then consult surgeonWrite Your Answer Here

A. lyk one more doc regarding this issue told me to do abdominal stretching but I don't think it's safe this tym cz ony three months r there so dts y I raised again this query

A. Hi parent please avoid demineralized water , maida items. packaged and processed food. use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning
