Also might need some tests to be done

it is caused by many reasons like dry skin, nutritional deficiency ,too much exposure to sunlight etc,infection ,etc.
so please visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
avoid using any cosmetics.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
