#AskTheExpert hii doctor, Vaishnavi this side, i just wanna know why my baby weight is not increasing she has her meal, but she doesn't have milk without sugar, n she eats sweet alot how can i stop her giving sweets or what alternative can i provide for chocolate n any other sweet supplement, even though i don't offer her any sweet but neighbour or any other who comes to meet her brings along with them n if atall she see the chocolate she leaves every other eating thing n only have chocolate

A. hi parent please avoid all packed food please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya sheera khir porridge etc please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil please give daily sun light exposure
