Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if a child is not uttering single word or not even babble, you must consult your pediatrician but if your child understand what you say , respond to his name ,make eye contact while talking as such no need to worry just keep talking with your child more avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age
