#AskTheExpert hi ,would like to know ..what to give the baby to eat or drink so that babay doesn't wake up multiple times in the night for the feed .right now babay is 5 months old and would like to wean him off from mother's milk at night .

the best way to put the baby sleep is to give good massage before bed..
you can play some soft music as the baby is sleeping..
you can use a cradle..
ensure the baby is full before bed..
