Dear Ma’am, you can give rice porridge, ragi porridge, dal water, puréed papaya, banana, boiled and mashed carrot, sweet potato etc to start with but one new food at a time and avoid salt, sugar and cow milk till one year. Continue to encourage breastfeeding as it still forms the major source of nourishment
