Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually you have to concentrate on the food item mainly and also consult your doctor for some kind of supplement try to give more of fruits iron content like palak of green leafy vegetables Apple seasonal fruits dry fruits if you are a non vegetarian you can introduce non veg food item also
