A. Hello You need to make sure to give adequate protein rich foods like milk, paneer, curd, egg, fish, chicken Also add adequate Vegetables, fruits & nuts to the diet Avoid sugary foods, fried & bakery foods

A. Hi, 8 AM-ragi porridge 11 PM-any vegetable purée 2 PM-rice and dal porridge 5 PM-any fruit purée 8 PM-idly, upma. with this you can give fruit juice, Dal water, lukewarm water and breastfeed. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year. Continue breastfeeding until one year which is good for baby’s growth and immunity.
