#asktheexpert Hi, The question is for my 2nd child . she is 7 months old. What is the diet schedule for her. how many meals can be given? what is the intervals of giving food? is it good to give Bonnison for the child?

as your child is 7 months old,you can offer semisolid food twice in a day.
but please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs
offer homemade healthy food like different vegetables and fruits puree,sheera,rab , porridge etc
please follow 3 days rule.
at first offer food in very small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
then gradually increase the quantity of food
