#asktheexpert Hi sir what is the normal tsh level Our baby had thyroid at birth. So that report was lost by mistake, if we consult the doctor again, it is 10.53, they said let's repeat the test, so if we take the meaning of four days back, the test came back at 5.93, which is not normal thyroid, tell me a little sir.

A. the normal reference range of TSH should be 7 to 8 so if considered 10 yes it is on higher range and when the level is 5 the range is even normal its better that you should have a regular check every 3 months till 1 year of age

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
