#AskTheExpert Hi sir, my baby is 20 months old she is refused to eat food every day. she is not eating any junk food or small meal in between. she only eat 3 time meals like adults that also she is not eating properly from past 10days. we tried with different food that she may like but she not eating anything. I'm really worried about this

Make meal time fun with toys
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
