#asktheexpert Hi Sir, Can you tell me what and how to feed my baby so that he will want to eat on his own? He never wants to eat anything, and I have to feed him properly at one time. He has a milk protein allergy. If you tell me what to feed him, his nutrition will be fine if he eats a little.

The child can be given from regular family foods as such , were in include foods from varied food groups, avoid specialised foods as such.
make him sit along when you eat.
for milk protein allergy , prefer to give plant source milk such as soy milk, coconut milk , almond milk as such
