#asktheexpert Hi sir.. baby is passing more gas than normal. what to do??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor iftncluding immaturity of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of sugch symptoms .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Gas is completely okay is just a sign that your child is not going through stomach pain which is good which is beneficial for the child so not a problem passing gas generally is not a problem for a child so need not worry about it
