#AskTheExpert Hi people they that foods which are roasted more or foods in black colour should not be consumed during pregnancy as it causes spots on the baby.Is that true?

A. hello roasted food can be consumed but as per your convenience you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and not too much roasted food which minut really taste good and as per the recipe you can roasted as much as required and consume which should not be a problem
