Hello ma’am Joint pain is very common after delivery because you know your body completely shakes up whenever you deliver your child so have your supplements like calcium vitamin and iron and specially vitamin D for at least six months and I would like to say for vitamin D get a test done and take it for as long as your doctor prescribes it to you for and just lying down just a little bit of twisting exercise with your knees and joints so that you feel better and you can get a massage done on a regular basis with warm mustard oil at least for six months to 1 year
