#asktheexpert Hi one ovary is removed because cyst attached to it after that I m suffering from joint pain it is removed in c sec of my second delivery

A. The joint pains that you are suffering from or not because of the removal of the ovary but because of hormonal changes that happen after giving birth. The pains maybe there even for two years after giving birth. Try doing some stretching exercises and also take calcium medicationsWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hello ma’am Joint pain is very common after delivery because you know your body completely shakes up whenever you deliver your child so have your supplements like calcium vitamin and iron and specially vitamin D for at least six months and I would like to say for vitamin D get a test done and take it for as long as your doctor prescribes it to you for and just lying down just a little bit of twisting exercise with your knees and joints so that you feel better and you can get a massage done on a regular basis with warm mustard oil at least for six months to 1 year
