#AskTheExpert Hi, my twin daughters are one month n. seven days today. they are on both top n breast feed. they are not taking burps at tyms n after sleep or generally they are spitting up milk. I'm worried for this. plz help me what to do?? can I start giving top feed via bottle or not ?? bcz takin care of twins all together is very challenging task. a positive reply will be highly appreciable.

So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You chian also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

Hi mommy mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
