#asktheexpert hi my son is 5 months old.. Due to the hot weather he is sweating alot now a days..what precautions to take to avoid dehydration

A. Sweating is normal in this age but you don’t have to do anything other than feeding your child from time to time as per the need because that is only going to help in maintaining hydration into the body and once you start giving water add some fennel into water boil it cool down and then you give it to the child that will be good for the system of the child
